Marcus Theatres® and Movie Taverns® are helping families make movie magic this winter with the 2026 Kids Movie Magic Series, running Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from Jan. 9 through March 1, with special Monday holiday screenings on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day and Presidents Day.
The series features eight family-friendly films, with a different title showing each week. Admission is just $3 per movie at 76 Marcus Theatres and Movie Taverns throughout 17 states. Moviegoers can save 50% on admission by purchasing a Kids Movie Magic Passport for $12, which allows the passport holder to attend all eight movies in the series.

Jan. 9–11: How to Train Your Dragon (2025) (PG) - A young Viking befriends an injured dragon, challenging centuries of tradition and changing his village forever.
Jan. 16–19: A Minecraft Movie (PG) - Four misfits are transported into the imaginative, block-built world of Minecraft, where creativity is the key to survival.
Jan. 23–25: Migration (PG) - A family of ducks leaves the safety of their home to take a journey of discovery across the world.
Jan. 30–Feb. 1: Minions: The Rise of Gru (PG) - Young Gru teams up with his mischievous Minions in a story of ambition, friendship, and supervillain dreams.
Feb. 6–8: The Land Before Time (G) - A young dinosaur and his companions journey through a dangerous world in search of the Great Valley.
Feb. 13–16: Smurfs (2025) (PG) - The Smurfs embark on a new adventure that takes them beyond their village and into the human world.
Feb. 20–22: Pets on a Train (PG) - A group of animals must work together after a train journey takes an unexpected turn.
Feb. 27–March 1: The Bad Guys 2 (PG) -The reformed Bad Guys face a new challenge that tests whether they are truly ready to be heroes.
