Before You Submit

To set you up for the best experience, here are a few helpful things to know:

Advance Planning Recommended: Private events are best booked at least 2 weeks in advance. To properly secure your event, all details must be finalized 7-10 business days prior, including confirming your showtime, executing your contract, and completing payment.
Booking Process: All events are finalized through our office and include a contract and online payment. Once your details are confirmed, paperwork is sent for signature and payment is typically due within 3 business days to secure your event.
Group Size Guidance: Private screenings are typically priced by auditorium or minimum guest count; smaller groups (~30 or fewer) may find public showtimes more practical.
Short Notice Requests: Event requests outside of the timeframe outlined above are best accommodated by purchasing tickets directly into a public showtimes.
Showtimes: Movie schedules are finalized weekly, and availability may be limited once tickets are on sale
New & High-Demand Films: Some titles – especially newly released or in high demand – may have limited availability, additional requirements, or restricted pricing options
